Cacao butter is the fattiest part of the fruit makes up the outer lining of the inside of a single cacao bean. Butter is removed from the bean during production, the remaining part of the fruit is used to produce raw cacao powder.
Cacao butter is white and it´s texture is buttery so it might seem and taste like you are eating white chocolate. As it actually looks and tastes a bit like white chocolate, and you can use it during baking or even as a moisturizer. You can make your own chocolate, ice cream or other desserts out of it.
